		<description>I think the strategy (which I haven&#039;t shared completely yet) is even more applicable and important in an employer&#039;s market. You have a 1 in 1000 shot at a job with 1000 applicants. If you&#039;re a skill holder and you successfully differentiate your skills, you have much better odds. You don&#039;t have to actually be better than the other 1000; you just have to make it appear that way.

Could I send you a copy of the draft book and get your feedback on the whole plan?
